JobForms may suit a small service business that wants mobile service reports and inspection checklists, photos, signatures and clear PDFs. It deliberately focuses on forms, not CRM, scheduling or dispatch software. Team is a flat $49/month for up to 10 users, rather than a per-user fee; Business is $99/month with unlimited users. Solo is $12/month and Free is $0. Plus applicable sales tax. Annual prices are $120, $490 and $990 respectively.

Free has three custom templates, 20 completed forms per month, one shared form and Classic PDFs with a JobForms badge. Paid plans add branding, automatic customer emails and four PDF styles. Open forms online before offline use and sync saved work when connected with the app open.
