1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use JobForms at jobforms.co.uk. JobForms is run by Fast Fix Refrigeration Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 14650700), registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX ("we", "us"). Contact us at support@jobforms.co.uk. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. JobForms is for business use.
2. The service
JobForms lets you build job sheet templates, fill them in on a phone or computer, add photos and signatures, generate PDF reports and, on paid plans, apply your branding and email reports automatically. We may improve or change features over time.
3. Accounts
- Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- On the Team plan, the account owner is responsible for who they invite and what team members do.
- Tell us at support@jobforms.co.uk if you think your account has been misused.
4. Plans and billing
- Free — £0. Unlimited use of library templates, up to 3 custom templates, up to 20 jobs per month and 100 MB of photo storage. PDF download only; PDFs carry a small JobForms badge.
- Solo — £9 per month or £90 per year, for one user. Unlimited jobs and templates, 2 GB of photo storage, your branding on reports and automatic customer emails.
- Team — £39 per month or £390 per year. Everything in Solo for up to 10 engineers, 10 GB of shared photo storage, with shared templates and job archive.
- Business — £79 per month or £790 per year. Everything in Team with unlimited engineers and 25 GB of shared photo storage.
All prices exclude VAT. Subscribers on an earlier price keep that price and plan until they change or cancel it. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider and renew automatically. You can cancel any time from your billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund part-periods. Prices include or exclude VAT as shown at checkout. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change. Current prices are on our pricing page.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law or anyone's rights using JobForms
- upload malware, or try to access other workspaces or disrupt the service
- use it to send spam or unsolicited marketing
- publish templates to the public library that you don't have the right to share, or that are offensive or misleading
- resell or copy the software without our permission
We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Your forms, your data, your compliance
You're responsible for the content of your templates and job sheets, and for the accuracy of anything you record, including test results, readings, certificates and reports you issue to your customers.
JobForms does not certify compliance with any trade regulation, standard or scheme. Templates, including those in the public library, are provided as a starting point. It's up to you to check they meet the rules that apply to your work.
When you collect information about your own customers, you're the controller of that data. You must have a lawful basis to collect it and tell your customers how you use it. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
You own your content: templates, submissions, photos, logos and branding. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run the service for you.
If you share a template to the public library, you allow other JobForms users to copy and adapt it. You can remove it from the library at any time; copies already saved by others are theirs.
We own the JobForms software, design and brand.
8. Guest mode
You can try JobForms without an account. Guest templates, jobs and branding are stored only in your browser on that device. They can be lost if you clear your browser data, switch device or use private browsing. Create a free account to keep them; we can't recover guest data.
9. Availability and no warranty
We aim to keep JobForms running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. You need an internet connection to use it. The service is provided "as is". We recommend you download PDFs of records you need to keep long term.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law.
Otherwise, we aren't liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or £100 if greater.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using JobForms and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@jobforms.co.uk. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or that don't pay. After closure we'll delete your data as set out in our Privacy Policy, so download anything you want to keep first.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the "last updated" date and email account holders about significant changes. Continuing to use JobForms after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions? Email support@jobforms.co.uk.
