Can I start for free?
Yes. You can use the app as a guest, and the Free plan stays free.
What are the Free plan limits?
Free includes unlimited use of library templates, up to 3 custom templates and up to 20 jobs per month and 100 MB of photo storage, with a JobForms badge on PDFs. You download PDFs yourself — automatic customer emails start on Solo.
How does Team and Business pricing work?
Team is £39 a month for up to 10 engineers. Business is £79 a month for unlimited engineers. There is no per-seat fee on either.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. Pay yearly and get 2 months free: Solo £90, Team £390 or Business £790 a year. All prices exclude VAT.
How much photo storage do I get?
Free includes 100 MB of photo storage. Solo includes 2 GB, Team 10 GB shared and Business 25 GB shared. Photos are shrunk on the phone so they take less space. If you reach the limit nothing is deleted — you just can't add new photos until you upgrade.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes. Once you've signed in or opened the app once with a connection, all your templates are saved on your phone. You can fill in jobs and take photos with no signal, and they sync automatically when you're back online.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
